Compensation: $59,000-$89,000/year (plus relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses for promising talent)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles across all makes and models with precision and honesty.
• Conduct detailed digital inspections, clearly documenting your findings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through high-quality work and professional demeanor.

Qualifications We Value

• 1-2 years of hands-on technician experience or completion of technical school.
• Solid foundational diagnostic and repair skills.
• Enthusiastic attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn and advance.
• ASE certifications and diagnostic knowledge are a bonus.

Physical Demands

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working on elevated vehicles, and staying active during shifts.
