As a Kitchen Operations Specialist , you will play an important role in preparing the kitchen for successful daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and organizing truck deliveries, preparing raw chicken, and completing equipment boil-outs and cleaning procedures.

This position has a consistent core schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM . Team Members interested in additional hours may have the opportunity to continue working in other areas of the restaurant after 11:00 AM, with full-time opportunities available. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays productive without constant direction, and takes pride in keeping an operation organized and ready for success.

Your Impact

• Receive, unload, and organize truck deliveries
  
• Prepare and organize raw chicken for daily kitchen operations
  
• Stock and organize product to support kitchen readiness
  
• Perform equipment boil-outs and required deep-cleaning procedures
  
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and food-safe work areas
  
• Follow proper food safety procedures when handling raw product
  
• Work with urgency and attention to detail
  
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks independently
  
• Communicate and work effectively with the kitchen team
  
• Support additional restaurant operations when working beyond the core morning shift
  

Background Profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs consistently
  
• Comfortable handling raw chicken
  
• Comfortable completing hands-on cleaning and equipment tasks
  
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  
• Team-oriented and coachable
  
• Able to maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards
  
• High character and integrity
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
