• Configure, calibrate, and operate sheetfed offset presses to meet demanding quality targets.
• Track press behavior and output continuously, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Balance ink and water, manage color registration, and optimize settings for each job.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to align on schedules, specs, and finishing needs.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workspace that supports efficient production.
• Capture precise run data and material usage for each job.

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in printing technology is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience operating offset presses or an equivalent pressroom role.
• Strong command of print process fundamentals, color science, and substrate characteristics.
• Proven mechanical problem-solving ability under time pressure.
• Detail-obsessed, quality-first approach with solid communication and teamwork.
• Open to flexible hours and overtime to support production peaks.
